'A beautiful barn, done to a very high standard, with everything you could possibly need'

Swallow Barn is a lovely traditional barn comprising of two floors.  The ground floor is open plan and consists of a character fireplace with wood burner,  there is a sitting area with leather sofa and a dining area with dining table and chairs for two.  There is a wall mounted television with DVD, free view and radio. I pod docking station and wifi are also included.  At the opposite end of the ground floor is a lovely oak kitchen with granite work tops.  The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, dish washer, electric cooker with extractor, toaster and kettle.  Within the under stairs cupboard you will find an iron and ironing board and room for coats and shoes. The ground floor is heated by under floor heating under a slate floor.

Wooden stairs lead up to an oak floored, spacious bedroom with large super king bed and cupboard with shelves and hanging space.  Wall mounted television with DVD and radio.  An oak door leads into the bathroom with vanity unit, mirror with shaver socket, toilet, heated towel rail and bath with power shower over.

A washer dryer and extra fridge, are housed in the utility house outside of Swallow Barn, as well as a reclaimed sink for muddy boots. Logs and kindling are kept in here also along with a BBQ for summer months.

There are two bicycles provided for your use, or alternatively, we have ample storage if you wish to bring your own.

Garden and Patio

The large garden has two areas of grassed lawn leading to two stone patios, one with planted tubs and lovely reclaimed wooden bench looking out towards the fields, and the other outside the front door, with patio table, chairs and sun shade.

Enjoy the private hot tub on a secluded decking area with lovely views over the fields.

Swallow Barn garden is stock fenced and secure, enabling guests to bring their dog with them on holiday.
